5am challenge - failing horribly.

So I really wanted to do this, but as my sleeping schedule is currently going from 4-5am until 12-1pm it has been VERY hard for me. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to get this 5am challenge started? I would love to hear it.

  1. Wake up at 5 am, with an alarm, and make sure you do not nap throughout the day! Go to be at a reasonable time as well!! Best of luck!!
